Our ceramic heater is chiefly made of aluminum oxide, which is manufactured by sintering in high temperature above 1600 degC with heating layer printed in the ceramic sheet. Meanwhile, MCH is a new heating element of high-efficient, eco-friendly and energy-saving. Compared with PTC heating element, it is able to save 20%--30% electricity while both of them generate the same heating effect. The products of our company-ceramic heaters are generally applied to the manufacture of soldering station, electronic soldering iron, oxygen sensor, function W.C., hair straightener, hair curler and other heating systems.
